With our current schedule, we will be selecting 2 new boutiques to work with starting 7/1/24.

Elevate Your Boutique Digital Marketing
Who you are: Boutique Retailer. You have established a local store, or a few, and have an online business.
Your Massive Stressor: struggling to profitably grow your online business.
Your Underlying Headaches:
Retail is low margin and tough.
Not sure why it feels like your online business is not that profitable.
Not spending on paid media because you got burned in the past and currently really hesitant to start spending again… or
Paying a lot of your budget in Google and/or FB ads and not feeling like you are getting the ROI needed.
Paying a small agency or contractor who manages paid ads for typically just one channel and not sure what they do weekly to justify your cost.
Heavily reliant on the words of the agency or contractor and having some doubts that what they are saying is in your best interest.
You have a team but nobody is a digital marketing expert or can strategically lead all the digital business operations and growth.
You use: Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Heartland
Team: The owner, office manager(s), in-store stylist(s), someone who creates content for social media and emails.
“Last month was slooow in the store. Thank goodness for strong online sales though!”
Track your digital KPIs and profitability so you can focus on your customers and your store.
What’s your gross margin on digital sales? What’s your ecomm software costs? What’s your ad spend? What’s your labor costs to run digital? What’s your profitability? What’s your break-even CAC? What’s your ROAS (not reported through individual platforms like Klaviyo or FB Ad Manager)? What’s our new paying customer count? AOV? Frequency of returning customers?

Women’s Boutique Owner. 1 physical store.
“I was paying an agency $2.5k/mo just to run Google Ads and that doesn’t include the actual cost of the paid ads. After a while, I was not sure what they were doing for us each week. Switching to DURMC was amazing. They looked at our digital business holistically, set up reporting, breakeven ROAS targets, we do weekly sprints, strategize ways to grow via email, SMS, loyalty, etc, and runs our Google Ads. Feels like a partnership.”
Why Work With Small Boutiques?
We hear you! A small boutique owner recently expressed concern that DURMC primarily works with large companies. While it's true we have extensive experience with major brands, we're also passionate about helping small businesses like yours thrive online.
Here's what sets us apart: Enterprise Knowledge, Small Business Focus: We leverage our experience optimizing digital funnels for large companies to identify key areas for improvement in your smaller operation.
Walking the Walk, Not Just Talking the Talk: TBH, the initial small boutique marketing project we started in 2021 was hard. We learned quickly the owner was doing a lot of everything just to keep the business going. She did not have a dedicated marketer, ecomm manager, creative team, etc. We rolled up our sleeves, learned the intricacies of platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo, and developed a "must-do" playbook specifically for small businesses to profitably thrive using organic and paid advertising.
Results Beyond Numbers: Big companies have vast resources, but small businesses often wear many hats. We find joy in the hands-on approach, celebrating your success in a way that directly impacts your team and livelihood.
We understand the unique challenges you face, and we're here to bridge the gap between enterprise strategy and small business reality. Let's chat about your online goals and see if it’s a fit that makes sense for both of us. We are currently limiting our boutique projects to 5 clients per month.

“Not sure what I’d be doing right now if I didn’t have DURMC working with us. Probably stressing with feeling like being in the dark spending $3k/mo on ads! I didn’t know what I was doing, blindly trusted an agency and spent money assuming we were profitable, which we weren’t! Now I have clarity each week when we sync and feel confident in responsibly growing out online business.”
